We are a boutique consultancy offering strategic advice and transaction execution services at the intersection of business and law. As a firm, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator. We do not conduct any regulated activities, including reserved legal activities, immigration services, claims management services or provide regulated financial services. Our officers or employees may be individually regulated by an applicable professional services body, such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and where this is the case should carry out their duties in accordance with the professional rules applicable to them. However, they will not carry out any regulated activities on our behalf, and do not accept personal liability for the services provided by Geodesic Strategy.
